1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, including all swimming camps and clinics operated by Level-Up Aquatics Ltd. By booking a session via our website, you confirm that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the child participant.
2. Eligibility
-
Our camps and clinics are open to participants aged 18 and under. All bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is over 18 years of age. A parent or guardian must be prompt at both dropping off and picking up their participant and contactable for the duration of the camp/clinic.
3. Booking and Payment
-
All bookings must be made through our official website – levelupaquatics.co.uk

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods as listed on our site.

Bookings are confirmed via email once payment is received.

Attendees are responsible for arranging travel to and from their booked clinic.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus a £15 administration fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp/clinic start date are non-refundable.

Under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, a partial refund may be issued.

If Level-Up Aquatics cancels a session, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.
5. Medical Conditions and Health

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs the participant may have.

All information provided must be accurate and up to date. A medical form will be included in your booking confirmation email. This form must be completed and returned 7 days before the event.

By registering, you confirm that the participant is medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
6. Child Protection and Safety

All coaching staff are fully PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checked.

Participants will be supervised at all times during sessions.

We are not liable for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions.
7. Photography and Media

We may use photography and video analysis for performance feedback and promotional purposes.

Consent for photography and video is assumed unless otherwise stated during registration.
8. Food, Drink, and Personal Property
-
Swimmers are responsible for bringing their own food and drink.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues.

Please label all personal belongings. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged items.
9. Code of Conduct
-
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow coaches’ instructions.

Disruptive or dangerous behaviour may result in removal from the camp without refund.

No bullying, discrimination, or harassment will be tolerated.
10. Liability

Level-Up Aquatics Ltd. is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to property unless caused by our proven negligence.

Parents/guardians must ensure that children arrive and are collected on time. We are not responsible for participants outside of scheduled camp hours.
11. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is collected in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data will only be used for camp administration, emergency contact, and performance feedback, unless otherwise consented.

By registering, you consent to the use of your data for these purposes.
12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
-
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
